Our "We've Got You" Policy

At Shift Happens RN, we want you to love your gear as much as you love a full staff and no call-outs. If something's wrong, we'll fix it — no 47-page incident report required. 

We offer refunds for:

  • Items sent incorrectly — if it's not what you ordered, that's on us
  • Damaged or defective products — quality control is kind of our thing

Just like you triage your patients, we do have a few ground rules:

You've got 30 days from your purchase date to flag an issue — don't let it sit in your mental "I'll deal with it later" chart.

To get the process started, shoot us an email at shifthappenssupport@gmail.com with your order number and a quick description of what went wrong. We promise it's easier than your last incident report.

Heads up: This policy may be updated from time to time — kind of like hospital protocols, except we won't make you sit through a mandatory training about it. Check back or email us for the latest.

Pro tip: Follow our care instructions and your shirt will outlast your longest stretch of back-to-back shifts. Most issues we see come down to a rogue hot dryer cycle. We're just saying.
